Even if you don’t live in Maryland or upstate New York, we can still help you stage and showcase your house, giving you the advantage over the one down the street. Simply take digital pictures of several rooms and email them to debbie@itsshowtime.net and fill out this form.

Then you will receive a personalized checklist of recommendations regarding

furniture placement, aesthetic updates, staging props, accessories, furnishings to add or edit, value-added purchases or items that simply add appeal.  The result will be a house that has increased value and appeal.

Key areas

I recommend we give extraordinary attention to the front door (from the outside), the entry hall, the first impression room (the room buyers will see first upon entry), kitchen, the most actively-used room in the house, bathrooms, and the master bedroom.

Digital consultation fee

We will provide your personalized checklist for up to 6 rooms for $149. You may submit several photos of each area in order to best depict it.  Stand in each corner of the room for optimum exposure.
