How we work with you

We work very closely with many realtor partners. You may find it most beneficial to introduce our service during your listing appointment. We have found that in most cases our sellers need a minimum of two weeks to get their house fully prepared; whether we do the work or they do. It's normally during the listing appointment that sellers learn what their house is worth or could be worth, based on condition. It's Showtime works exclusively with homeowners that are selling their property; we don't overload our schedule helping everyone and anyone, we know sellers always have urgent needs. It's that area of expertise that has been invaluable to all of our clients.

Consultations

$175.00  We start by meeting for a personalized and confidential consultation to thoroughly evaluate the current presentation of a property.  Sellers will be provided with a very detailed marketing plan that will maximize their selling price, and minimize the selling time and stress. We'll determined the most cost-effective way to achieve that; always keeping budget in mind and prioritizing accordingly.  All of our recommendations will strive to increase the appeal and potential value of a house within its marketplace.  The result will have a positive impact on the "Wow" factor and the ever-so-crucial great first impression!

Staging vacant houses

 
We do a property tour to determine the crucial areas that need staging to maximize a great first impression when buyers come in. We pride ourselves on fun staging props to help "set the stage" highlighting the best features and primary purposes of several areas in the house. We frequently have a themed approach when we accessorize which adds personality and warmth to an otherwise lifeless house. Accessories and props are rented on a monthly basis. Fees range from $95-175 per room depending on the extent of the items. Delivery/arrangement/pick-up is additional.
